Welcome to our blog! We're not sure how it will evolve, but we are resolved to cook from each of the 87 cookbooks on the bookshelf (trust me when I say there are maybe the same number scattered about the house in boxes, tucked into cabinets, and hiding underneath piles of magazines.. what Jeremy doesn't know won't hurt him!), and we are also resolved to be ourselves in our posts - which means you'll likely be quite able to distinguish between our "voices" in each of the posts!
Not to be too sappy, but this has been a resolution of mine for some time (Amanda, Dawna and Tracy have been hearing it for YEARS) but I think I had to enter into this love thing with abandon before I could launch into this resolution with abandon. Whatever it was, I am grateful for it all.
So - I hope that we can be a bit entertaining. We'll likely post about coffee, life in Alaska, and anything else that tickles our fancy from time to time. If you like it, cool. If you don't, find someone else's blog to read ;-)

p.s. look for our first "cooking" blog post soon! In full disclosure, we started a little early out of a cookbook we got for Christmas. Jeremy will be writing, as he tried the recipe the first time, and the second, and the third. I tried it on our fourth try (officially the first of this year) and it still didn't work....
